In his arms . . .

We made it!!!

We arrived in Entebbe at 11pm on Saturday night and made it through customs and got ALL our luggage (woo hoo!!!!). Then finally after midnight we headed out to find our driver who was supposed to have a sign for us- that’s when we saw a FABULOUS surprise…. there was Mandie Joy & Sarah Crane holding our girls ready to hand them over to Nathaniel and Ryan. We were taken over by emotion. Ali Rose went right into Nathaniel’s arms and didn’t even cry- but her Daddy sure did:) It was a moment we won’t forget! Enjoy the photos and I will try to post a little video clip of the moment later!!!!

  2. Anne and Nate,

I had not yet seen this post but was thinking of you two this morning and specifically of your joy, Anne, as you watched Nate hold your precious daughter when we were singing 10,000 Reasons this morning at church. Other praises were in my heart as well as tears kept flowing, but one was definitely picturing you two while we sang, “Bless the Lord, Oh my soul, oh my soul!” Praise God for His goodness, His plan, your obedience and your joy!

    Love,
    Rhonda
